Terms and Conditions of Sponsorship

• All sponsorships are payable by bank transfer and should be paid by 15th June 2026
• Sponsorships will not be subject to any withholdings or taxes in the sponsor's country of origin; should this be the case, the said withholdings or taxes shall be added to the price and will be borne by the sponsor.
• The agreed price does not include additional technical equipment or translation. Any Brand signage must be provided by the sponsor.
• AIS’26 sponsorship is not exclusive to either party.
• The organisers reserve the right to decline sponsorship of any kind should there be a conflict of interest.
